OFFICE HOURS: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time. TERMS: All orders are payable by credit card, money order, check-in-advance of shipment, or an open account upon completion of credit application.
NEW ACCOUNTS: Customer's wishing to open an account must complete our short credit application. If your account is approved our normal open account term is 1% 10 net 30 days from invoice date. Past due account are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. Accounts past due are subject to *****turned over for collection plus any TPD accrued as well as any costs incurred by Custom Packaging Options, Inc in the collection process.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. Non-listed or special prices are good only for one order unless approved by Mike Grimm.
SHIPPING: We will ship by the best carrier available depending on rates and service. Shipping Costs will be added to your Invoice unless you are informed that shipping is included. Please make us aware of any special situations, such as call before delivery or lift-gate needs.
CLAIMS: All orders must be inspected for shipping damage upon arrival. Any shipping damage or missing items must be noted on Delivery Receipt when received. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will work to correct any errors to mutual satisfaction. Any order refused or not picked up at facility will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
